To enable this feature, go to your form’s Settings page and look for the “Auto Responder” section.

Available options:
  • Sender Name - The sender name for the email. Default: Notifications
  • Subject - The email subject line. Default: Thank you for your submission
  • Reply To - The email address that will receive replies when the submitter responds to the email
  • Email Template - The email template used for the autoresponder
